Run more raises with the team you have.

OpenRaise automates the rebuilding in every ASX placement, SPP and rights issue: document drafts, investor matching, the live book and allocation models, with the compliance record kept as you go.

We don't disintermediate. We accelerate.

Advisers keep the client, the book and the decision. OpenRaise automates the workflow around them and keeps the record your compliance team needs.

Investor Book

Your investors, mandates and participation history in one private record, matched to each raise with the reasons shown. Your team chooses who to call.

Deal document drafts

Orbus prepares first drafts of the Appendix 3B, cleansing notice and other raise documents from the deal data, for your team to review.

Bookbuild view

Bids recorded in one book as they come in, with demand against target visible to your deal team as the book builds, not after the fact via spreadsheet.

Model Allocation

Model allocation scenarios against the book, with each version recorded. Your team decides the final allocation.

Multi-deal workflow

Every live raise in one workspace, with stage, timetable and documents for each deal in one view.

Compliance record

Wall-crossing records, document versions, allocation decisions and a full audit trail captured with each deal, with role-based access, ready for compliance review.

Live mandates

One system of record for every raise your firm runs.

  • See every mandate at once. What is open, what is due next and what is waiting on your review.
  • Nothing rebuilt from scratch. Investors, templates and precedent carry from one raise to the next.
  • The record writes itself. Wall-crossings, versions and decisions are captured as the deal runs, not reconstructed afterwards.

Questions advisers ask

What does OpenRaise do on a raise?

It holds the deal data once and prepares what flows from it: first drafts of the raise documents, investor matches from your firm's book, a live view of recorded bids, and Model Allocation scenarios. Your team reviews and decides at every step; the issuer reviews and lodges through its usual ASX process.

Do investors bid on the platform?

No. Your team records bids. Investors can register interest, which comes straight to you. The book is visible only to your firm, and to the issuer as a summary when you share it.

Does my investor book leave my firm?

No. Each firm's Investor Book is private to that firm, is never shared with other advisers, and is not used to train models.

What is recorded for compliance review?

Wall-crossing records, document versions, allocation scenarios and the decision taken on each are kept with the deal, with role-based access showing who took which action and when. OpenRaise records; your compliance team reviews.

Does OpenRaise lodge, advise or allocate?

No. OpenRaise is a technology service. It prepares drafts and models; your team decides; the issuer reviews and lodges. OpenRaise Pty Ltd does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence.
